The short version
Privacy
I do not want your data. I do not sell it, I do not profile you, and I do not run advertising on this site. What little gets collected is described below, in plain words.
This website
No cookies. This site sets none. Nothing is stored on your device to identify you, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Visitor statistics. I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages people read and roughly where in the world they are. It is cookie-free and does not fingerprint your device or follow you to other sites. I see totals — “this page was viewed this many times” — never individuals.
Server logs. Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps standard technical logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period. That is how any website on the internet works and it is what stops it falling over under attack. I do not use those logs for anything else.
Fonts. Two typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request. If that bothers you, the site is entirely readable with them blocked.
If you send me a message, I get your name, your email address and what you wrote. It reaches me through Web3Forms, which passes it to my inbox.
I use it to reply to you and nothing else. You are not added to a mailing list — there is no mailing list. I keep messages for as long as the conversation is useful, and you can ask me to delete yours at any time.
Saved progress stays on your device. Where a game remembers your progress, it does so in your own browser or on your own machine. It is not uploaded to me, and clearing your browser data or uninstalling removes it.
I do not run accounts. There is nothing to sign up for, so I hold no usernames, no passwords and no email addresses from players.
Games played inside this site are hosted by someone else. Most of them load from itch.io or CrazyGames in a frame. While you are playing, that platform is handling the session and applies its own privacy policy and cookies, not mine. The same is true of any game of mine you play on their site, on Steam, or on a phone app store — the platform's terms apply alongside this policy.
Advertising. There is none on this site. Some platforms show ads around or inside games hosted with them, which is their arrangement and is covered by their policy.
Children. The games are suitable for a general audience, but I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent me something through the contact form, tell me and I will delete it.
I am based in Italy, so the GDPR applies. You can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. In practice the answer is usually “an old email, and it is gone now”. Use the contact form and I will deal with it within thirty days.
If you think I have handled your data badly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. I would rather you told me first.
If this ever changes materially, the date below changes with it. There is no version history worth keeping — the policy has always amounted to “almost nothing is collected”.
